Application Process
To qualify each year, the student must complete the online application and submit all supporting documentation (if requested) to the state financial aid office by the designated deadline.
The offices of the Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning have experienced a network security incident. Services at the Mississippi Office of Student Financial Aid have been impacted by this incident. No impact to any individual higher educational institution has been reported. External cybersecurity professionals have been engaged to determine what, if any, confidential or sensitive data may have been accessed or compromised. At this time, the investigation is in its earliest stage.
