Homeschool Transcripts
An official transcriptAn academic record that lists the courses taken, grades received, and credits or credit hours received. should be sent to our office for graduates from homeschool programs. This will be accepted in lieu of the Electronic High School Grade Verification. If you are unable to request an official homeschool transcriptAn academic record that lists the courses taken, grades received, and credits or credit hours received. from your program, the homeschool administrator may submit one.
The official homeschool transcript must:
- Be signed and notarized
- Include all courses attempted, completed, in progress, and to be completed
- Include an unweighted, seven-semester GPA on a 4.0 scale

Grade Point Average (GPA)

Official ACT/SAT Score Report
Homeschool students should submit a copy of the official ACT/SAT Score Report. Scores from residual tests will not be accepted. Scores can be requested from ACT using our official school code “2431”.
ACT scores can be submitted via mail, email, or fax. Please include the student’s last four digits of their social on the document.
