Mississippi Eminent Scholars Grant (MESG)
MESG is a merit-based state grant for high-achieving Mississippi students who meet specific academic requirements, including a minimum ACT score, and enroll at an eligible Mississippi college or university.
The Mississippi Office of Student Financial Aid has returned to normal operations and full functionality following a network security incident. We are working to process all applications for student financial aid that have been submitted to us as well as any outstanding payments. We have also re-established secure services with each of our individual higher education institutions. We regret the inconvenience caused by the network security incident.
